크론병이란? Crohn`s disease ?

크론 병은 전체적인 위장관에 걸친 염증성 장 질환, 장내 부종을 일으키는 일반적인 명칭입니다.
그림처럼 대부분 소장의 lower쪽인 회장에서 빈번히 발생합니다. Swelling은 통증을 일으킬 수 있으며 장내에 비어있는 공간을 만들어 설사를 유발합니다.
궤양 성 대장염은 C그림과 같이 대장의 점막의 상단 층에 염증과 궤양이 발생합니다.
크론 병의 증상은 과민성 대장 증후군 및 궤양 성 대장염과 같은 다른 장 질환과 유사하기 때문에 진단하기에 어려움이 있습니다.
